Labeeeb helps you organize your thoughts, projects, and tasks. We collect and store the data needed to create your account, operate the app, and synchronize your content, such as your email address, projects, tasks, chats, and files or media you choose to upload.
2. سرية البيانات ومشاركتها / Data Privacy & Sharing
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها للإعلانات أو التسويق. نشارك البيانات فقط مع مزودي الخدمات عند الحاجة لتشغيل ميزة طلبتها، ومن بينهم Google لتقديم ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي، أو عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك. توضح الفقرة التالية بالتحديد ما يُرسل إلى Google.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising or marketing. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate a feature you request, including Google for AI features, or when required by law. The next section explains exactly what is sent to Google.

This information is sent only to process your AI request and generate the response or perform the requested action. We do not send Google
your password or login credentials. We also do not send your email address, complete account record, or projects and tasks unrelated to the AI request merely because you use ordinary app functionality. Please do not enter sensitive or confidential information in AI chats.You may decline consent
. If you decline, chat content will not be sent to Google and AI features will be unavailable, but you may continue using non-AI functionality, including manually managing your account, projects, and tasks. You can change your choice in the app settings.Google processes submitted content
under its Gemini API terms and privacy policy. Under Google's current terms, for paid services Google does not use prompts or responses to improve its products, but may log them for a limited period to detect and prevent abuse and for required legal or regulatory disclosures. For unpaid services, Google may use submitted inputs and outputs to provide, improve, and develop its products, and human reviewers may review content after it is disconnected from the account, API key, and Cloud project. The actual retention period depends on the service tier, settings, and Google's legal requirements, and processing may occur in countries where Google or its agents maintain facilities. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure.
5. التعديل والحذف / Modifying & Deleting Data
يمكنك تعديل محتواك أو حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به من خوادم لبيب في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق. حذف البيانات من لبيب لا يؤدي بالضرورة إلى حذف النسخ التي عالجتها Google فوراً؛ إذ تخضع تلك النسخ لفترات الاحتفاظ والحذف الموضحة في شروط Google وسياساتها.
You can edit your content or delete your account and associated data from Labeeeb's servers at any time in the app settings. Deleting data from Labeeeb may not immediately delete copies already processed by Google; those copies are subject to the retention and deletion periods in Google's terms and policies.
